Our lead therapist went to the world renowned Soma Massage Institute in Chicago, IL. Aundrea’s program went in depth on the structure of the body, muscles, the organs and how they function, and the pathologies of numerous health conditions. She specializes in a wide variety of techniques and treatments as listed above and including; whiplash, DDD, Tendinitis, TMJ, Sports massage, IT band contracture, and so much more. Aundrea is committed to keeping her skills competitive and up to date with continual improvements to her services and expansion of her knowledge. She regularly attends lectures, courses, obtains new certifications, and reads the newest updates on massage and insights into the body. Aundrea prides herself on keeping her massage clinical based to aid in pain management and tension release with a side of relaxation to help with the mental health aspect of massage. She believes in helping to reduce the pain in people’s lives permanently, not just temporarily.
